Prevent .env file from download

I am running two hard drives in my desktop and their drive letter is E: and D:. The standard drive letter for your hard drive would of course be C:. Anyways, my C: drive is System Reserve which is used for my boot files, and that's fine. My problem is, is that some things that auto-download from my games go directly to the C: drive which is not where they need to go.
